I don’t get any info on tracking/delivery - just have to hope it turns up, which it does. Second box now. Great quality meals, not enough veggie options with variety. Please do the cod meal with the buttery sauce again, that was DIVINE.

I do like the recipes and the ease of having everything I need - so no extra jars that I only use once.
You do try new foods which is great.
The only downside I have found is that if you have meat it can all have a use by date within 2 days (if you have 5 meals difficult to use up) I have a tiny freezer so not an option to put in until I need.
Otherwise a good service

There is too much food for one. I eat each dish over two days and still throw some away. I also find there is too much carbohydrate in the menus. Needs more vegetables.

Lovely meals. However, it would be good if you did meals for single people. I am wasting food so thinking of cancelling. I do not want to keep eating the same food the following day

1st order was for 5 meals a week,
2nd order was for 4 meals a week.
I have now changed the order to 3 meals a week.
This is due to the last meals being spoilt. Also garlic was missing from 1 of the meals.
The food has been excellent however, depending on todays order will depend on whether I will cancel or not

Great tasting menus, easy to follow recipes. Great healthy choices love that it does keto and low carb.
So far always arrives on time. App really easy to use. No problems and we have been using you for about 6 weeks and will continue as we are very happy so far. Thank you

The meals are very tasty, not huge but portion control is good for me!
I don’t find it very easy to use customer services if I need to complain about the quality of ingredients occasionally. When I did get through I was dealt with with courtesy and was compensated.

We love Green Chef. Firstly, we love the option of Flexitarian, Keto and Low-carb meal allowing us to still enjoy an inspiring & creative quality meal without the carb fillers and with plenty of fresh vegetables.
We love the menu options which keep the choices interesting from the familiar to the ethnically diverse.
We actually feel like we are eating restaurant worthy meals at home in the week. We’ve even remarked how we could recreate the meals for dinner parties! What could be better? The recipes are easy to follow, take a short time to prepare and require minimal clean up. It is exactly what you want during a busy work week.
We have tried Gousto and Hello Fresh and can say hand on heart that for a little bit more money, Green Chef is ahead of the rest - better quality, better shelf life for ingredients and better choice. Thank you Green Chef! ?

We have used Gousto, Hello Fresh and Mindful Chef. The food from Green Fresh is better than any of them. The ingredients are of a much higher quality and the quality of the fish is exceptional. A truly 5 star experience for the last four weeks.

On the whole Green Chef suit our lifestyle. Recipes are diverse and easy to prepare and the food is always delicious.

The quality of vegetables could be better, sometimes we have to throw them out immediately, tends to be spring onions, bell peppers and avocados.

Really tasty recipes, with a good range of choice each week. Excellent quality ingredients and plenty of them - I'm never hungry :-) I'm currently getting 3 meals [for two people] a week, which gives me 6 evening meals - it is easy to rotate the 3 meals so I'm not having to eat the same thing two days running, then I literally have only to shop for milk!
Dependable delivery early in the morning, so you don't have to wait in all day :-)

A litany of errors from the start - wrong delivery, overcharging, blaming me for not noticing the overcharge a day earlier...
Customer chat was easy to reach and that's the only positive.

I’m really impressed with Green Chef. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the menus are really tasty. They are more expensive and the choices are less than on other similar platforms so this is a drawback but I can’t fault the quality.

They don't deliver. 5 orders and I've received 1 box so far, they don't even attempt to take a payment, they just cancel the order. No explanation, no contact. Worst service of this kind I've known.
Edit: my co-worker who also uses you is having the exact same issue! This isn't a one off mistake.

great selection of recipies a week - you can choose from different dietary requirements and as a meat eater they have loads of delicious vegan options. Overall great experience and have been using it for a year now.
